Why haven't I read this one before??
I absolutely loved this story - I've finished early this morning, and can still giggle about it.
I listened to the audible version as narrated by:
James Marsters, Charles Busch, Emily Bergl, Neil Dickson, Jill Gascoine, Christopher Neame, Matthew Wolf

I really love the cast and think it a really good humored and engaging version. Though I'd have liked it without the "audience" laughing. That always annoyed me.

It was an absolutely fantastic read, with lots of layers to the story. Depending on your background knowledge, you can either just enjoy a funny, witty story, or see deeper into the society of that day.

This book was very funny and I honestly think it was a great read. I read it for a project in school, but i really enjoyed it and how it straight-up makes fun of all of the characters.

Hilarious!

WHAT AN IMPERTINENCE!

Who knew a play with only one joke in it could be so funny?

Oscar Wilde is actually the funniest fucking guy. Cecily is an icon who must be protected at all costs while at the same time worshiped.

An interesting concept with some comedic satire and with a character dynamic that has not aged well.
