The plot of the book I found to really be a secondary thing in this book. What I really remembered at the end of the book wasn't the plot, but the scene by scene interaction that takes place between the characters and the bizare situations that seem to take place constantly. The bizarreness of the events really propelled me through as I laughed as Stephanie worked her way throuh one situation after another.

Fun book, I liked it.

well, glad i did the abridged version.

maybe it is my age, but i do not understand why so many readers in my family love this book.

absolutely nothing stephanie did seemed to move the plot along. i understand she is new to being a bounty hunter, but she is just so... not good at it. like, at first, she doesn't take it seriously. you're from trenton, girl, in the NINETIES. you ought to know better!

lori petty's narration was really good, however.

i might skip forward to a book where she is more experienced and less incompetant - i had really hoped for her to be a bad-a**.

Silly, fun read. Great for a weekend away, to take you mind off of any serious reading.

Brilliant had me laughing out loud so often I kept getting funny looks. Starting number two right now!

I am not usually into Mystery or crime books but the humour and on/off romance with Morelli and Ranger which I can see coming in the distance was enough to keep me hooked!
