Pretty good but some of the advice is generalising and contradictory. But the general theme that the book advocates for is to be independent and find fulfilment in yourself, and not be consumed by romantic relationships. As long as you don’t take the advice too literally there is something to gain.

i think the book was surprisingly positive but also depressing the more you learn about how men usually act.
the book is very heteronormative and sometimes the advice sounds an awful lot like "be aloof and unattainable! also lie to him!" but there are definitely some lessons in here that i need to take to heart.
