Nick and Charlie’s relationship is so cute. Don’t mind me, I’m just gonna read all 4 volumes in one day and cry when there’s no more.
I still don't see the hype. This story felt so flat to me. It was basically 200+ pages about Charlie and Nick saying they love each other and kissing. Which I fully understand the significance, like how Nick is struggling with his own identity and doesn't really want anyone to know.
I think the reason why I continue to dislike these books is because I don't see the chemistry, which I am basically 100% sure is a me thing and why I am the only person I know who doesn't love these. I did appreciate some of the discussion about finding your identity and coming out. I feel like everything moved really fast. Like they get mad at each other at the end of the vol 1 and then max 50 pages in vol 2 they are kissing again. Idk why I seem to be the only one who doesn't like these. I don't know what I am not seeing.

?_? re-reading after bingeing the Netflix show (amaaaaaaazing) and apparently I only own this one ??? i feel like the first one ended up w an ex >:l
these comics r big for annoying gay people bc they are cute cringe little gay stories and that's great bc we deserve to have slightly cringe little gay stories !! nothing rlly happens in volume 1 and/or volume 2 of this series & that's fine bc it's still a cute story and the characters r fun and the story is fun and it's just very lovely to have a series such as this; a lighthearted queer romance that isn't all tears and drama around coming-out stories or whatever.
