the best thing to have ever happened to me, everyone say thank mxtx for inventing romance. my life would've been incomplete if i hadn't read this book. a masterpiece from beginning to end that was so intricately built to be absolutely visceral. i loved everything and i will defend it + my parents hualian with my life. if there's a flawless book, it's this. it ruined me for anything else. mxtx please never stop writing i adore you.

I've finished reading this wonderful book and now my life is empty
slow burn has never burned the way this burned, and my god did it burn... i have felt hundred different emotions while reading this and i think for something else to be on a similar level as this, it has to be extraordinarily magnificent... words can't express how much i love this, it is now like a treasure in my heart.
5 stars because that's the limitation, if it were up to me i'd pull a hua cheng and give this three thousand stars.
