Read this in a sitting. I love the message of the book and there’s a lot of heart or care here, but also a surprising amount of info about animals that are not cows LOL just not what I thought I was getting at all

Cute and insightful look into the individuality of farm life. Some very sweet stories about different animals on the farm, but a little repetitive at times and for me, I would have enjoyed some more insight into cows/sheep/hens etc generally as opposed to just the ones the author knew on her farm. However Young clearly loves her farm and the animals on it and this showed in the writing. Quick read but if it were longer I think I would have struggled to keep up interest.
