This was my first book by the author and wow she did not disappoint! I will definitely be reading more of her books!
This was everything! I absolutely loved it! Cole and Eve had such amazing chemistry! You could feel the tension between these two! I would consider this a slow burn which I don’t mind! They begin their spicy relationship with texts, voice notes, and FaceTime before they do anything physical! Their conversations were HOT, had me blushing a couple times! There were a lot of sweet moments with Cole as well that had me swooning and gave me butterflies! He cared for her so much and reassured her a lot which was so sweet since her ex was not as compassionate. Can we talk about the praise in this book?!?! WOW so many “Good girl” and “That’s my girl” I LOVED it!!! Who doesn’t love a good praise?!? I highly recommend this book if you love spice, hockey romances, and brothers best friend!
