The science was a bit much. A few repetitive parts. But a lot of good ideas for better thinking.

Talks about being science based but massively jumps from 'explaining the science of quantum physics' to analogously comparing that to 'the nature of humans'. If the two can compared without any evidence, why can't us humans appear and disappear just like the electrons?

Much of this book applies quantum principals of the subatomic to every day life. Whilst it is interesting it isn't scientific.
An absolutely revolutionary experiment (discussing the infectious patients who were prayed for 10 years in the future) is said to 'possibly have effects' (or along those lines). If this experiment could possibly be true, WHY NOT REPEAT IT AT LEAST ONCE AND HAVE SOME MORE CONTROLS?

This book is interesting and proposes many interesting daily practices (such as visualising something material happening and then it will happen), but I cannot continue to keep reading it because of the lack of proof and ridiculous claims.

If everyone on earth believed and visuised amassing great amounts of wealth, all would be wealthy? I think what this daily practice does is as follows: it prepares your mind to be in such a state that you can actively work towards goals, it cannot however materialise your greatest fantasy in front of you. No matter how much you sit and think all day, you cannot become wealthy without going into the world and earning it.

Can't comment on the second half of the book, couldn't get that far.

In summary, some of the book has value, most of it doesn't. The person who recommended this book has taken it for gospel and actual scientific literature. She has been visualising $1,000,000 as she is in financial troubles. She 100% believes that she will not have to look for any money because a miracle is coming to give her a million dollars. If only wealth was that easy. This is a dangerous idea to 100% commit to and should be taken as a theory (which is not indicated in the book)

Joe Dispenza just does not resonate with me at all. I know. Sue me.

A great book that dives into the abilities of the mind to learn, adapt, change and heal.
