This was really twisty. Normally not one for thrillers but this isnt really a thriller in the usual sense, it's much more storytelling and suspense. It's about a serial killer in a small Maine town and how that affects the kids who ended up at the center of it. The twists here are CRAZY. I spent many minutes trying to get it right in my head after i finished the book. Very meta, very entertaining

This book was a mind fuck. I feel like I need to re-read to figure out what the hell was happening. I thought I understood the book until about 75% in, then re-oriented and then that pattern continued and accelerated 2 more times. The plot kept inverting on itself like a book-ception, and not sure I fully kept up with it 😅🤪
