Overall, this was a decent book. I just thought it was a little dragged out. As well as thought there was weird plot twist that didn’t necessarily make sense
I couldn’t put it down! A beautiful story about finding the loves of your life. A moving story about finding forgiveness. This page runner will keep you in the edge of your seat as the characters try to decipher truth from the lies. Loved so much about this book and complexities of the character. It’s brilliant!

It took me awhile to get into this book but it did eventually pick up and I did enjoy it. Especially parts 2&3. Kept me very interested and ended up being a page turner. However, I was able to pick up on majority of the twists. Maybe I’m just getting better at predicting these thriller books and catching the foreshadowing

I really loved this book! It surprised me in so many ways. I can usually predict the twists and turns in a story but each time this one had me guessing wrong! The characters were so well developed there wasn’t one I couldn’t route for and see their perspective. Really thought this was well written and thoroughly enjoyed it!
This story was a wild ride. I’d say there were lots of twists and turns, but it was more like multiple reveals. What was this woman’s life?!She experienced so much grief and trauma, but she thought she could just change her name and move on. Ma’am, that’s not how any of this works. Leo’s love for his wife was remarkable. He patiently and lovingly handled finding out about his wife’s secret life (before they met) and dealt with the present consequences. He’s better than me because Jill and Janice would have had to see me. Overall, I enjoyed the book. It’s a mix of domestic thriller / mystery and romance. This is the second book in a row that took place in the UK so I’m British now.

I thought I knew where this book was going and it went somewhere else completely.
I love Rosie Walsh’s writing style, so incredibly descriptive, allowing the book to play like a movie in your mind.
It’s an almost perfect love story with a unexpected twist that you won’t see coming.

This is an emotional journey! Go into this one without reading the synopsis (if you can at this point), and just trust the process. I guarantee tears will fall from your sweet face. For the first half, the mystery is trying to suss out the mystery, then BAM, BAM, BAM, Rosie Walsh had made your head start spinning from all of the twisty whiplash. Things aren’t what they seem in this genre bending mystery thriller that features multiple perspectives and different timelines…and I dare you to give it a read and then tell me all about your experience.

my thoughts:
-they didn’t close up the story of janice and how she ended up
-ending felt rushed and with missing pieces
-what happened with jill
-could have gone more in depth on why janice disappeared all of a sudden
didn’t love it
