What a mess. And I certainly don’t mind questionable decisions and sudden moral grayness (and beyond), it’s all great. The issue is that the plot stops making sense around 60% of the book and never recovers. Jackson could’ve easily made it less dramatic and had herself a great ending to Pip’s story. The one we got is underwhelming, convoluted and short on sense.

4 ⭐️ I wish this book was a stand alone. I love the idea of this book but it was hard for me to get behind Pip killing someone and framing someone else.

I love seeing more of Pips and Ravi’s relationship in this book and the last page made me cry like crazy!

I wish we could get another book maybe from Ravi’s pov because I just want more pip and Ravi
