Asesinato en el oriente express es el primer libro que leo de Agatha Cristie, me habia resistido totalmente ya que no es el genero que me gusta leer como tal, pero es un clasico, y me daba mucha curiosidad.
Hay muchas cosas que ya se han dicho asi que me limitare a dar mi opinion.
No se como he podido vivir toda mi vida sin este detective en mi vida, me rei mucho con algunas frases iconicas, Agatha tiene esta forma de escribir sarcastica pero disimulada, es evidente la inspiracion para otros detectives incluso actuales, y para mi maravilla no es insoportable ( ni el personaje ni la lectura ) como Sherlock Holmes, quiero leer todos los libros de la saga.

Its pretty boring. The mystery took like 1/3 of the book to just begin. Mysteries should have a little fast pace and this was not it.

I read this in high school, and loved it then, and I really enjoyed the reread too! Knowing what happened at the end already took a little bit of the enjoyment out for me, but Agatha Christie writes a great mystery where not a word is wasted. I love how all of the threads come together at the end, and this is one of my favorite endings of her books since it’s a little different than the other ones. It’s a classic mystery for a reason!

I really enjoyed the twists and turns the story took. I loved the solution to the mystery, which I didn't see coming - but I found the ultimate fate of the culprit disappointing. There's an amazing moment where the truth is finally laid bare, and it's immediately followed by an abrupt and unsatisfying end.
