I felt like the two main characters were underdeveloped/one-note so I didn't really connect with or like them. Also, the motel was haunted by multiple ghosts and no one thought that was weird? It was just sort of never addressed as being out of the ordinary.

I couldn’t put this one down, I finished it in two nights. So far I’ve loved everything from this author. This one actually creeped me out a bit which is hard to do. A sad but compelling story. Recommended.

a new favorite book for me from the atmosphere to the story telling to the twists everything in this book was PERFECT i could not put it down and read it in a day. Definitely an unforgettable book and the ending was WILD.
too boring. not chilly at all. i was actually surprised that i finished the whole book and didn't dnf it. but the mc's povs are actually good which helped me push through.
I think it's so nice the motel guests have group activities. Finding community is important. 3.5/5 stars
