The way this book flows is more about conveying a spiritual psychology. The characters move the plot along as they discover the new insights. I love the concepts in the book and I believe it could evolve the human race. The story/plot itself is definitely not the usual adventure plot. The book will not be for everyone but I’d highly recommend reading it. It definitely makes you think, especially the 4th insight about types of people. It makes a lot of sense.

The Celestine Prophecy made sense of what didn't make sense to me, but what I knew to be true. I enjoyed how even though it feels like it's mostly meant to be informative about the Insights and larger, overarching themes such as evolution and purpose, it reads as a journey.

The music and narration are super cheesy. I read this book about 20 years ago and found it quite profound at the time. Now it just seems kinda grandiose with a decent underlying message that can be found elsewhere.
