I love how action packed this book was and despite being a YA/ middle grade book the theme of war was not sugarcoated. There were quite a few deaths during the fighting. It’s been awhile since I have read these so I forgot a lot which made this book more enjoyable. I can’t wait for more things to happen and to see how Percy grows as he ages!

I'm a sucker for Percy Jackson, allright?
I just love this series.
And I must admit this was a perfect ending to the first series.
I can't say the story was quite intriguing, but it was definitely entertaining.

every author should attend the Rick Riordan school of series development - this is one the best (book) series finales I’ve ever read that masterfully incorporated elements from all of the previous books
