What a weird book, yet deeply relatable and profound.
I wish this book was novella length and took more liberties. I wanted The Mother to go hog-fucking-wild. And maybe she does later on! But I just couldn't get invested.
Ive read more engaging mumsnet rants. Not naming characters is gimmicky unless the prose is actually strong enough to pull it off.
