so good ❤️❤️
This book was so good. I couldn’t put it down. Their chemistry and banter was everything. I am obsessed with TL swan’s writing and this did not disappoint. I didn’t want it to end. But I devoured it and once again fell in love with Henley and Juliet. As always I recommend it and anything by TL swan ❤️ I did listen to audio and followed along to it as well.

I don't usually write reviews but this is my first 1 star. The ONLY reason I finished this is because it was an audiobook and I was really only half paying attention. Julliete was so whiney and could not stick to a thought. She flipped back and forth so quickly it gave me whiplash. Henley was all over the place too. This was rough. T.L Swan I loved some of your other stuff but I think this one was a miss. Sorry.
How on earth is this the same author that wrote the Miles High Club. F Henley and the pathetic MFC. This is trash and DNF’d after he asked for breast milk. WTF?
I have learned to love Grumpy Sunshine love stories. This story made me laugh; made me mad; and made me cry. I also fell in love with Henley and Juliet. What a wild ride they went through to get to be together…I would have given up on him long ago!!!
Ok so I was loving this story, and the characters - but it ended ABRUPTLY. Like - Jenny feels underdeveloped and that was a weird story line that just stopped (I totally thought something dramatic was about to happen) and then - well - what happened? Are they in his house? Her house? Still on Kingston? What happened to Barry? Did Barry get a friend? So many open questions - I feel like the ending was super rushed and I was left wanting more info.
Apart from the amazing banter between the characters, this book is just the FMC throwing her self respect aside and chasing after a dude who ghosted her three years before, and then constantly disrespects and tries to control her when they live next to each other, three years later.
For some reason she couldn’t accept that Henley just wasn’t someone who wanted to work on his issues and she always went crawling back when he showed the slightest bit of interest in her. Even towards the end of the book when they’re together it feels like she’s way more into him than he is into her.
