It erased what i wrote and now im maduuugh
Spoilers + rambling for me ->
Okkk so basically i love the growth of juliette in this book, she finally stopped, seeing her telling fuck you adam was amazing. I loved when she said I'm choosing him and not by default.
I love Warner with all my heart poor baby suffered for 3 books and she finallyyyyy gave him a bit of *repit* like I was mad for half of the book and then everything was better.
Kenji is amazing
Fuck adam
Love James
Is anderson really dead ??
I understand why i stopped at this book the 1st time, I just want to believe there is a happy ending and that's it
But I neeeeeed to power through
I loved seeing my old annotations, from a year ago. It was very fun seeing me loosing my mind.
Yes i read this from 2 to 7am and finished it at 3pm
I am unwell but u know, it happens i guess...
Little throwback for future me : Yesterday night was the eurovision, the drama 🥲 with the nl disqualified and the whole israel thing 💀
ANYWAY
LOVED THAT BOOK 5*

i refuse to read the fourth book to the fear of warnette crumbs being taken away from me. i do not want to hurt myself for the next book because i am already contented with this ending. (i lied, i’ll read it, maybe not just now.)

FINALLY!!!!! The final book in a trilogy doesn't break some part of my heart. I smiled the entire time that I read this. Thank you Tahereh Mafi for creating Warner. A character I could shameless fangirl over. I loved this book for several reasons, but mostly I loved the character development.
Warner was more present in this book. I loved the sweet scenes with him. His development throughout this entire series has made him one of my favorite characters EVER. To go from a villain, to a misunderstood annoyance to a true love interest is a great feat, and I loved every bit of it. Kenji was still a great comic relief, but he was given more depth in the book. I would love a Kenji spin-off. Really. Can we start a Twitter campaign for that? #kenjispinoff. Kenji is my second favorite character in this book because of the multiple roles he plays and the spirit his has when playing each one.
Also, I loved that this was a true phoenix tale. To watch Juliette transform for a scared girl to a young woman ready to change the world was awesome. She literally died and arose as a great and powerful force to be reckoned with. I loved her in this book. So confident and determined. You have to stop and wonder where did the old Juliette go. She died in Unravel Me. Its a simple as that, and I for one was so happy to see her go.
To simply put it. 5 freaking stars people. 5 freaking stars.
