I really liked the story but I did not like the constant physical longing between the two MCs. I felt like it was constantly shoved in my face. Also, I didn’t realize this was a spin off from another series, so maybe if I’d read that one first, then this longing from the get go would have made more sense (I still don’t think it was necessary, though).
