The killer is exactly who you think it is despite the MC mystery writer being adamant you can’t know who the killer is too soon 🙄

Was rather slow, but a good well written cosy mystery book.

Abandoned on page 17 of 326. Already introduced 2 romantic interests and an invitation to dine with one of them hidden in a book. Just not interested wanted a crime.

I listened to the audio book. Badly written, annoyingly narrated, I only finished it because I was interested to find out the motivation of the murderer. I could tell who the killer was the first time they were introduced.

I think the main character was meant to be fun and quirky, but they just ended up as weird and a little stupid. I do think the final chapters were better than all the rest of the book so not a complete waste of my time.
