Easy, breezy read to find out what happens after 28 Summers.

If you read 28 summers you have to read this short update! I read it in 1 hour about where they are now! I sweet cute ending!

This felt like a brief synopsis as a “Where-are-they-now.” It would have been better as a true sequel.

definitely a bit of teaser with this short little book that felt more like a long epilogue, but fun to get to read about these characters again and see what they are up to.

I didn't realize this was such a short book (I downloaded it to my Kindle so I wasn't aware of the length) - I was surprised when I checked my percentage read and saw I was already halfway through 30 minutes into the book!

I LOVED 28 Summers - it was full of so many emotional entanglements that made you think and flip-flop your opinion. So I was excited to see this revisited the story after the ending. I would actually call this an extended epilogue for 28 Summers.

I can't get too much into this because it would give away spoilers from 28 Summers. But I did enjoy seeing the characters again and watching how things turned out. It was short, sweet, and a book Elin Hilderbrand fans will want to pick up after finishing 28 Summers.

Perfect ending to 28 summers. Although I would have rather seen more of Link and Bess than Fray and Leland. I am also happy with the way it ended. I was afraid of where the Brooke story line was going. But all is well

Loved most and loved the characters. Ending didn’t fit.

I was happy to hear about these characters again. However, I think the book was unnecessary. We didn’t learn much of anything new. I didn’t like how I felt like Mallory was being replaced. I also HATED the ending. Having loved 28 Summers, the end of this made me so upset.

3.75 ⭐️ Loved 28 summers so much.. this did not provide the closure I hoped it would though. Not sure it needed to be written but was nice to experience the characters again and references to the eastern shore of Maryland were fun.
