The art was sometimes very good, but often very boring. The story was typical. I can’t help but think that this very insecure person is not a reliable narrator. It seemed like Maia wanted to convey so much pain and indecision, but ended up telling a story with basically no obstacles except one, that was mostly an internal battle amongst a very accepting environment. Which isn’t true for anyones life story. I think Maia has some very deep seated issues.
