I love the Montgomery men...protective, fierce, and they love hard. Ford and Reese were definitely an inferno that burned hotter and hotter as they go from enemies to lovers. The realization that she was the missing part of him was oh so right. Reese realizing she could actually have happiness was long overdue. Of course it wouldn't be Runaway without a crazed stalker making trouble on the ranch. Seeing everyone, almost everyone happy in the end was just perfect.

Not sure how I feel about this one. May have to adjust my rating once I’ve thought about it longer, but this one was prob my least favorite of the 3 so far. FMC very clearly had a Britney Spears backstory as a famous singer in an abusive conservatorship. MMC’s backstory was ridiculous - a terrible gf and a wild pitch sends you off the deep end? In addition to their plot, we had so much extra plot from the other family members. This book took a little bit for me to get into. Positives: therapy and antidepressant representation.
