Lots of excellent resource material and inspirational stories to help any runner beginning to the more experienced. Written by runners that know running this book will stick around for me if I ever need to come back to any injury I may incure or need training tips on that marathon that's coming up.

This is the most comprehensive book I've found on the topic. I especially liked the various speed workouts in the appendix, and the charts outlining racing after a previous race and after returning from injury. Lots of helpful information. Also helpful is the RW pace calculator, which is also found online.

It's a helpful book, but a lot of repeat info from their other publications. I didn't learn anything "new" but got some new tips on training.

I think this was a bit below my level, but it's really well-organized and has a lot of helpful advice, including sample training plans.

Excellent book for first or second time marathoners/half-marathoners. Even though I knew most of what I read I still really enjoyed it.
