Maybe the most helpful “self help” book I’ve ever read, it felt fully research based without being stuffy or boring and was very approachable and relatable.

This would've been tremendously helpful to me in 2019 when it came out but I am a Different Person now lol

This isn’t resonating with me at all. I don’t think this is the kind of burnout I’m experiencing.

This book broke my brain but in a helpful way? 10/10 would recommend.

This left a lot to be desired. I was experiencing burnout as I read this, and while I found Part 1 to be practical, they lost me in Part 2. No, the patriarchy and societal expectations of what my body should look like are not contributing to my burn out, thank you very much. More like I took on too many responsibilities, experienced the sudden death of a friend, and haven’t taken an legit PTO to recover. That may be the case for some women, but not me, so I couldn’t relate to this.
