I laughed. I cried. I squealed. I am a sucker for cooking competitions and making it gay and a romance? I loved it!

I loved London but I had trouble connecting with Dalilah. It seemed the only chemistry they have is sexual. It was an OK book and great rep for the non-binary community

It's not a perfect 5 stars, but I'm rounding it up because it made me tear up and happy and I need that.

I loved both London and Dahlia. I can't speak to the rep, but both their anxieties and struggles rang so loud and true to me that it sometimes got a bit Too Real. But I loved it. I also loved their family relationships a lot.

I will say that the pacing felt off at some points, though. I couldn't tell you exactly where and when, but there were moments where I wished we got to see points of London and Dahlia's lives outside of the reality show first. But I do think Anita Kelly does a good job at bringing you into their lives in a way that doesn't feel like too much.

Still, this was very cute and made me feel warm and fuzzy feelings.

I don’t often read “cheesy romances,” but this one was fantastic! I don’t even know if I would classify it as cheesy. A queer romance centering on a nonbinary character WRITTEN by a nonbinary author and they got it all right, from the steamy scenes to the internal and external identity struggles.

It was okay. I didn’t dislike it, but I didn’t super like it either. Don’t get me wrong, I wasn’t about to stop listening to it, but I’ve read better books. The characters just weren’t my favorite.
