I love Drew Barrymore and the stories told in the book only solidified that love! I loved getting to learn more about Drew and her life, so many things I didn’t know before listening to this. The only criticism is that Drew makes several loud, drawn out noises/statements that I could have done without. It just seemed like you were being yelled at at a high pitch.

Love drew so much!!! Honestly did not know too much about her before reading but I always thought she seemed like such a sweet person. This was such a fun and light read, I loved both the stories and her writing style as it seemed very personal to her. Would absolutely recommend :) truly I’d rate 3.5 stars but oh well

Well. Well? Each and every chapter had at least one passage or moment that I related too, and weirdly needed, when I was reading this. I zipped through it (for me) and enjoyed it - mostly? - while reading. It wasn't particularly well-written or -organized but I can see how Barrymore would be underestimated by a lot of people, and probably does have quite a bit to offer creatively with her business ventures. I wouldn't read it again and wouldn't really suggest anyone else read it unless they want something that's akin to a fluffy novel with a bit of sage advice and actual clarity peppered here and there.

I LOVE Drew Barrymore and had so much fun listening to her reading this. Her outlook on life is very refreshing. I liked that this read like you were having dinner with her and listening to her tell stories.

Some beautiful (and hilarious) moments from Drew. Feels like meeting a friend for coffee.

loved loved loved!! I needed something different and light after some full on crime and murder books... this was perfect! made me laugh.. love Drew!!

I would be lying if I didn't admit I was expecting more from this book BUT now that I think about it I really can't tell you what I was expecting that I didn't get out of it... I don't know if that makes sense but I absolutely loved this book! I really like that it wasn't too serious even though some of the subject matter definitely was. I also thoroughly enjoyed how anecdotal it was!
