Another charming tale of a charming girl. Ramona’s zest for life (even when it gets her into trouble) is such a delight.

This might be my fav of these. 4yo book club, daughter and I both loved it. Maybe it’s the kindergarten aspect—maybe it’s that my 4yo has a similar penchant for mischief. She wanted to start the next one right away.

On another roadtrip yesterday, my husband and I listened to this book. I love the reader of this audiobook and the stories of Ramona Q. will never bore me! My husband even laughed a couple of times. I'd recommend this as a read aloud book for parents/older siblings to share reading with younger readers.

Dated in spots, but a fun read with a new kindergartener in our house.

Freaking love Ramona! The best line in this book is "Henry Huggins, I'm gonna marry you!" Sometimes we will randomly say that line and laugh about how silly Ramona is. I know a few "Ramonas" and I just love and appreciate that spunk in children.

Another author who I enjoyed as a kid! I always had my nose in a book. I think sometimes I could see myself or my sister in Ramona. I think the best books are those when you see yourself!

In the queue to read with Charlotte before bed. Will probably do in conjunction with school starting.

Kid loved it, and I was really surprised at the different perspective I got upon reading it as an adult. There were 29 kids in her class?! She and Howie got to walk to school by themselves?! We did a lot of talking about the differences between then and now, in regards to rules because damn.

Well, that was fun! Ramona the Pest is the sort of book I wish I'd grown up on. It's a trip back to childhood emotions.
