I love a good enemies to lovers. This had all the tension and build up I enjoy.
There were a few times this felt like The Hating Game on steroids likewhen we find out Asher has had a thing for her for a long time, and that his hatred was part of his long term game .

I was looking forward to this book so much after seeing the brief glimpse of Asher and Billie in the previous book. Their enemy arc was something I was looking forward to watching develop, and they didn’t disappoint.
Their chemistry literally sizzled as they roasted each other constantly, each a match for the other. I loved that just when you thought one of them had the upper edge, things changed, and the other turned the tables.
I also loved the dynamics of the other people around them. Billie’s twin brothers Weston and Easton (from the 2 previous books) were also close friends with Asher which made things complicated with her absolute desire to hate him. They always had Billie’s back but could also see the attraction burning between them, even when Asher and Billie couldn’t see it themselves. Also, Harper, who is Billie’s business partner and best friend, could also see the developing attraction between the two enemies, so she managed things behind the scenes to help them out.
I loved the sweetness that came with the thawing between Asher and Billie at the Hamptons, the gentle domesticity balancing out the explosive, spicy scenes between them.
This has been a terrific series and is set to continue with Harper and Brody’s story coming next.

This book is enemies to lovers at its finest and an absolute must read. I’m telling you my enemies to lovers loving heart was positively thriving while reading 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝘽𝙤𝙨𝙨 𝙎𝙞𝙩𝙪𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣. The relationship between Archer + Billie is full of tension, heat, and fun banter. I loved them and was incredibly invested in every aspect of their relationship. The 𝘉𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘪𝘳𝘦 𝘚𝘪𝘵𝘶𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 series has been incredibly entertaining and I cannot wait to read the next installment. That ending had my jaw on the floor.

This is Asher and Billie’s story. This book will definitely hold you hostage and spellbound! I know before starting one of Lyra’s books that I won’t be able to put it down.
Their banter is chef’s 💋I laughed til I cried! Lyra writes enemies to lovers to perfection!
Billie’s ex wants to ruin her fashion company and Billie is determined to save it. She needs Asher’s help but they can’t be in the same room without going to war.
This book is filled with angst, top notch banter, a plot twist I didn’t see coming and a couple you will fall in love with !
Asher is the perfect book boyfriend.
