If you're a fan of avatar this is a great continuation of that world. Learning Kyoshi's backstory and diving into her world was intended and cool. The writing is pretty good but at times was a little unengaging. Overall a good book but could have been a little shorter.

I enjoyed reading this book a lot. I'm quite a fan of the avatar series and enjoyed reading more of the history of the world and characters. I didn't expect a book based on a show that was more directed to children to have such dark moments in it.

Fun and bad ass watching Kyoshi come into her own. A little slow at the beginning but it picked up
One of the best books I've ever read. Beautifully written, and oozing with personality, I enjoyed every second of this book, and my heart raced alongside this journey. I couldn't put it down!!
