I guess serial killer tropes are not my thing. I was not surprised at the reveal, I figured it out pretty early on so the story bored me a bit. I had to push through because I felt the FMC was not very bright and very naive.

What a waste of time this was. The FMC was the biggest "pick me" I've ever seen. Every male character wanted her and her "pretty thighs" (seriously, it felt like that was all they could focus on) other than having thighs worth mentioning frequently the FMC lacked so much depth and was just annoying. Is it that hard to write a good dark romance with a likeable FMC? It must be. the only reason this even got a 1.5 was because I had to know who the stalker was... and when it was revealed I was disappointed. I pretty much knew who it was about 20 ish percent into the story. this 400+ pages story could have easily been reduced down to about 250 pages.
