I had low hopes after reading the reviews, but I honestly had an absolute blast reading this book. The title? Questionable. Everything else? A pretty good time.

i CANNOT believe that this is the same author that wrote “haunting adeline”. this book reads like a teenager that’s just discovered dark romance and proceeds to write what they believe to be the edgiest thing their brain could muster up. it was so incredibly cringe.
i found myself skipping over the intimate scenes - if you can even call them that. i was more interested in what was to become of the old man and finding out whether or not he actually had a person chained up he did!
enzo was annoying as FUCK! i feel as though it should’ve ended on the 36th chapter, maybe even before that. the book was rather predictable i guessed what was going to happen the entire read through.
