So I wanted to love it because I loved the series on Hallmark Mysteries. The story was just OK nothing bad about it, but nothing that made the book a must-read. It will probably be the last one of these I read where there is a subsequent show.

This is a pretty good series. I think this book was very similar to the one before, but I still enjoyed reading it. I do have to say, I didn't appreciate the use of the word retard in the book. This book is a subject of its time, but I still like them enough to continue.
