Just as good as the first one! I really am enjoying the recipes that you have access to in the story will make it entertaining for weeks to come. I love Hannah, and the fact that she is beginning to bond with not only her family, but also with people who do care about her is wonderful. I can't wait to read Blueberry Muffin next!
Easy reading - a nice fun cozy crime that has enough plot to keep you guessing but nothing too miserable or graphic.

Audiobook reader here. I find the recipes in the middle of the narrative to be extremely annoying it disrupts the flow of the actual novel. In an actual book you can skip over these pages and come back to the recipe if you want note I don’t actually want the recipe I just want to enjoy a cozy mystery.
Furthermore I find the snidely whiplash villain at the end to be a bit overdone.
