I genuinely did not expect to love the book the way I did. The characters were so original and unique. I actually physically underlined some of the text and damn if I am not a sucker for a golden retriever boyfriend. 10/10 will read again.

i binged this last night and i just *sigh* maybe it was due to setting my expectations too high, but i found myself skimming a lot. there was just something missing!!!!

to me, it didn’t meet the heartfelt emotions i got from The Hating Game, which i’m planning on rereading.

DNF. Wow, this is really bad.

i’m not going to lie, the vibes between these two people at the beginning were RANCID. and not in like a fun smutty way but definitely in a ‘wow this is a really, really horrible person’-way.

for some reason i really warmed up to this book about halfway through.

wowowow the flirtingggggg oh my god i just know i would be sweating in the same room as them. definitely slow burn but they also flirted the entire time.
where did he go for two whole months?!?!
i need the jamie romance asap

This was cute. The characters were a little hard to love but I found myself smiling through most of it!

My least favorite Sally Thorne so far. I liked the Hating Game, LOVED Second First Impressions but this one just didn't pull me in. I don't really think I ever got to like Darcy, and Tom never seemed to come alive during this one.
