I read Alice's Adventures in Wonderland when I was young, but never read Through the Looking Glass. It was fun reading them now that I am older. Carroll's mind must have been amazing. So creative but at the same time, I could see how this would be a dream that a child would have. What fun.

Ho apprezzato il primo più del secondo. Non è un libro complesso ma ammetto di aver fatto fatica a seguire la logica nel secondo pur capendo la questione dello specchio, che ho trovato comunque molto interessante. Sono stati interessanti anche gli appunti sulle traduzioni e le scelte di Carrol in lingua originale.

It is a childhood classic. I loved the absurdity of it and it was a quick read. I would recommend that it is a must read but that you have to have an open mind to whimsy or you just wont get it.
