I am stumped by all the poor reviews for this book. I enjoyed it as much as when I was young. I review books that give me enjoyment and this one was perfect for a creepy Autumnal read.

This mystery is not one of my favorites by Agatha Christie. I read it as I wanted to read the book before seeing the movie based on it - Haunting in Venice. I think I was trying too hard to figure out who did it. Too many characters on the possible “villain” list.

It was not an interesting book from Agatha Christie, and I wasn't hooked on the story or characters. I was a little bored and didn't care enough about the characters and their whys. Not that bad but also not great at all.
