The storyline is solid. However it seems to be dragging. We’re going through book after book of virtually the same storyline. Im hanging on and hoping the last 2 books pull through with some better twists and a shaken up plot.

I have mixed feelings about the 4th book in this series. I love the world, and the story. I'm invested in seeing how things end for all of the characters, so I'll definitely pick up book 5. However, this book was intense. It was non-stop peril, action, danger, and monsters. It's a book that's better read over the course of a couple of weeks. I don't recommend inhaling.

This book is long.

But not for wasting time. There is a lot of story in here. So much story that we don't have enough time to spend on our romantic couples.

I might have complained about that but I prefer story over romance.

I love this world. I love these characters.

I shed a few tears from the declaration of love from one couple at the end.
