Unfortunately, this was my least favorite of the series. I loved the fmc but besides the hot sex scenes, Clay was kind of boring to read. I know he’s buttoned up and needy besides his basement bdsm furniture side hustle, but I just found this story less compelling. I debated whether to give this 4 or 5 stars, but honestly, the hot parts were the reason I read this and they were top tier.
I do thoroughly enjoy this Nashville Neighborhood and all the characters and side plots too!

Started out so interesting and I honestly lost all interested around 50% in. Too much smut imo, nearly every page was it and I ended up having no interested in it at all and started skipping through it which meant that I didn't read the majority of the book.
There's no real story line and I find the slight info about the characters becomes so unimportant because the book is purely smut.
I found myself cringing at most it.
Definitely wouldn't recommend.

One of the better reads I’ve read about intro to BDSM play. Especially for the FMC’s introduction to it.
