This book did not disappoint, especially for this being my fourth time reading it. There were just as many adventures as the first three books. There was so much character development within this book and I thoroughly enjoyed this installment of the series.
Michael Vey and the Electroclan are in China for this book. They are trying to rescue a little girl named Jade Dragon, who found a way (unknowingly) to fix the Elgen's MEI.
The adventure continues, this time with subterfuge and double spies.
This series is so much fun and I love the characters.

I CANNOT WAIT TO READ THIS BOOK!!! I read the previous 2 in a day each, as soon as I could get my hands on them. I have been waiting since Christmas for this book!!!!
This book is on par with the previous ones in the series... the storyline is exciting and my son loved it, but the writing could use some editing.
As always, Richard Paul Evans has taken me on a journey. It's not my favorite out of the series but I still had a hard time putting it down. It had suspenseful twists here and there and I love that about it! I took a star away because of how short it was and how compared to the rest of the series, had less 'action" and problem solving for the Electro Clan. Usually I'm at the edge of my seat, but this was a bit more predictable and not so heart-stopping. Still love the series!!
I'm really surprised the Michael Vey crazy hasn't picked up yet. I LOVE these books! It's action packed and keeps me guessing. The ending on this one was a big shocker, so I'm super glad the next in the series comes out in September.
If you're a Fablehaven fan, I think you'd enjoy Michael Vey.

It's getting kinda repetitive. Still enjoyable to listen to at work though. My brother said book 6 and 7 are more interesting so we'll see!! The cliffhanger though. It killed me!! My heart hurts:(
