i dont think i've written long/in-depth reviews on any of the books in this universe and it's probably because i find it hard to write about things that i love the most and i can't just go "OMG OMG OMG I LOVE THIS SO MUCH" all the damn time (sadly), still, i want to express how much this world means to me, how much i love every character and their storyline. all of them are so interesting and diverse and complex in their happiness and sadness. nothing is black and white, and no one is perfect but they are so lovable you can't help but cheer for them, feel for them and want them to keep on pushing.
i feel like this spin-off series will be as delightful as the main series and even tho i tend to stay away from YA genre in general, simply because it's hard for me to get invested YA adventure stories, THIS book was amazing. if i`m reading YA i want it to be done like this. i couldn't put it down, i got through it in one go and wanted more (of course because I`m greedy)
if you've read The Las Sun trilogy you know about Quinn, Max, and Anna and you probably love them as much as i do (as you should) and i always had a soft spot for Quinn and Max so this behind-the-scenes type of novel that shows us what happened to them during the events of the Hourglass Throne hit hard. they went through so much and learned so so much about themselves. i felt so so proud (((( (they are my babes shut up)

i dont know what else to say as always, but at the beginning of this book there's an author's foreword and there's a phrase that caught my eye "This world I've created is the work of a lifetime. I will happily play in this sandbox until I lay down my pen" and I just want to say that i would be happy to watch Edwards play in that sandbox as long as possible. i want to know and see everything !! i can definitely say that this is one or my all-time favorite book series. !

p.s " THE MISFIT CARAVAN"??? More please. i need more. i need to know the date of the next book release like, yesterday !!
