I want to say first of all I started reading this book without looking at reviews or even knowing about what it was about nor anything to know about the author. I feel that it honestly depends on the person who reads this book - it’s either you love it and get obsessed or like me think at some times it’s too cringe and takes time to finish it. It’s very easy reading and I guess for those who enjoy the smut and the intense love chemistry then definitely the book for you. I just feel like I need to take a break off romance books after that

This was such an easy, enjoyable read! I really liked it, even if it didn’t completely blow me away (in the best “hit by a train” kind of way, haha). The story was engaging, but what truly stood out to me were the characters. I loved them—especially the hockey boys. They had me laughing out loud more than once!
Anastasia and Nate’s chemistry was undeniable, and I loved following their journey. Nate set such a high standard—his love for Anastasia was beautiful to read, and she truly deserved him. On the flip side, Aaron drove me absolutely crazy. The way he treated Anastasia was heartbreaking, and their toxic friendship was written so well that it made me hate him even more.
If I had one critique, it would be that Nate’s backstory could have gone deeper. His emotional struggles and family dynamics were touched on, but I think exploring them further would have added even more depth to his character.
Overall, though, I had a great time with this book. The story was fun, the characters were memorable, and it kept me entertained from start to finish.

This book affected me in unprecedented ways. To say I’m obsessed would be an understatement. Every woman needs to read this book to understand how to be loved and every man who loves a woman needs to read this book to know how to love her. The plot and tropes were so good. Idc if they were a little cliche or cheesy at times, it was perfect. I will be thinking about this book forever and ever.
It's giving Wattpad hockey fanfiction that I would obsessively read in high school... but I had a lot of fun with it regardless
