Alice’s growth to anti-hero was emotional and understandable. Alice, truly innocent and good, is surrounded by “good” people and a dark gift counterintuitive to doing good deeds. The story truly highlights that monsters aren’t born, but created, however love and belief can shine and find beauty in even the darkest places.

I don’t care if it’s a YA book. I just want the villain stories… and make it a lesbian villain? GAH. I want one of each villain. Right now.

Loving the dark twists and turns, story building to debut the villain. I love me some Disney, so of course I’m going to read.
