Liked this one a lot! Eating probably closer to 4 stars, but I reserve 4/5 stars to those books I’m going to read again. And although this book was great, it probably won’t be a future reread.
Okay, so the story was great! Probably one of the most original that I’ve read so far (although I’m relatively new to the romance genre). I thought the h and the H had great banter and chemistry with each other all starting with that original email she sent (which was hilarious). They both had sad stories/ backgrounds but his was probably the worst. This was a really tender and sweet read because you see the H breakdown a few times and the h really comfort him which brings them closer.
I don’t want to give too much away since the H story is really hard hitting. But I do recommend you read this if you’re a fan of the genre. It’s not a particularly filthy or smutty read (it has some moments) but it’s sweet and has a HEA.

This was a great book until 60ish% . Then it felt like FMC switched personalites and went from fierce independant woman to a supid girl.
Also minus points for repeating almost the same scene mmc had with his ex in the epilogue with fmc.
