3.75 ⭐️ My absolute favourite in the series. It's so, so good!

I want to re-read it so bad! I probably will within the next month or so, and do a proper review of it.

For now, my advice is that if you want to get into the Wicked Villains series and make sure you have a good time, pick this one!

What can I say? I like this author, I enjoy the world she’s built, I love her writing style. It’s my current favorite book candy. Goes down oh-so-good.

This one definitely lived up to the hype. I was hoping for more morally grey/antiheroes in this series instead of straight-up villains (I know what is the series called? Yes yes I know I'm a dumb).
Tink and Hook were flawed characters you wanted to root for. It helped in a lot of the saucier scenes that Tink and Hook are both experienced in BDSM. Some of my least favorite tropes in BDSM worked here because Katee built on it. Tink and Hook are two people who got unlucky in life and have to do what they need to do to survive. They don't want to purposely hurt others on their path (hello Hades you prick).
I really believed these two were in love and would totally read another book with them as the main couple.

Also I'm glad they didn't pull the whole "Hades threw you out for your own good" bs. Hades is just an asshole.
