Okay I’m now averaging reading these books in one day. These small town romances are ridiculous but they still make me laugh

Solid 3. I liked it better than the last two.

I didn't like this one quite as much as the first three. Mostly it had to do with the female narrator. She sounded as if she was sitting somewhere leaning over someone soft talking gossip to someone else. Her voice just didn't fit my image of Nellie. Also, I thought the conflict wasn't as developed as it could have been.

But Connor Crais was as delicious as always. I could've listened to him read the entire book.

I’m glad I didn’t listen to the reviews on this one, I was already 3 books deep into this series and thought I may as well continue because I enjoyed the others!!
I loved this book just like the others, I don’t know what it was but this was different from enemies to lovers trope. Nellie’s hate for cal was something deep and I loved that you got an insight as to why she disliked him when he would go back and forth with her journal. I didn’t feel like the l dislike for one another dragged on too much it was just the perfect amount.
The way Nellie liked to prank cal had me laughing through out the book and I found her wit enjoyable!!
Deffs recommend this one!

4.25 I really liked the plot of this book, however I listened to this on audio and Cindy Kay I swear is the worst narrator and it honestly made the book worse lol. I did really enjoy this book with these two hating each other. I also really liked their banter and diaries.
