I legit could not put down this book! The beginning was a bit all over the place but once the plot is set, it’s hard to know when to stop reading for the night. And can we please talk about Lucas? Where can I find one of him?
Second read: While this book isn’t the heaviest on plots for this series, I still love it. The setup of the characters and their relationship with Hades at the beginning: ugh. So good.

Tate James knows how to keep her readers engaged. What reading slump? Lol this book was great beginning to the series, introduction of characters and their dynamics were clear. The plot has just thickened so I’ll be jumping into the second book right away.

Holy Shit. For 279 pages there’s so many different things happening all at once. To the point where major events take maybe a chapter of space max. That being said it was an amazing read and the cliff hanger makes me want to punch a wall.
