Let me tell you something, this man and his double personality shit was the funniest moments in the whole book. Like he’s worst than a bipolar person. The concept behind the story was kinda nice and new. I adored the fact that she felt in love with him through the letters they exchanged while he was away in prison. They were funny together but as individuals I don’t found them that interesting and that was a bit sad. I have very high expectations from the next couple.

 Massimo and Zahara

Massimo and Zahara's forbidden love story was a thrilling and romantic journey.

There is no doubt that Massimo is a mastermind in unfolding his dark empire. His unhinged split-personality act was uproarious.
His possessiveness and obsession with Zahara were undeniably intense, striking a perfect balance between entertaining and incredibly hot.

The transformation of Zahara from a cunning, sweet spy to a mafia queen was exceptional. I loved her confidence towards the end of the book.

The chemistry between the two was sizzling. The whole secrecy vibes between the two was romantic and endearing.

I was not a fan of the exhibition, and the story could have gone without the nitty-gritty details of their plan at the start of the plot.

The story was fantastic in the end. I'm now more excited to read Arthuro and Tara's story.

ok so now that i've read every single one of these books, it's safe to say that neva altaj is insanely talented. EVERY book is so different and has different characters that stand out from the ones before it. that is HARD to do in a standalone series, let alone a mafia series. i am so happy i found these books.

massimo and zahara and this story were absolutely a delight to read. seeing zahara go from a shy, meek wallflower to the confident spy and knowing she is encouraged by massimo and he believes in her!!! loved loved loved
