This is so much better than [b:Throne of Glass|7896527|Throne of Glass (Throne of Glass, #1)|Sarah J. Maas|https://d.gr-assets.com/books/1335819760s/7896527.jpg|11138426]. I'm kind of glad I read these out of order because I probably would have hated Throne of Glass even more. I was heartbroken after this book and I immediately want to dive into book #2. I need to see some major revenge after what happened in this.
I keep referring to this collection as one book. It really could have been with a little bit of work on transitioning from one novella to the next. If you were just meh about Throne of Glass and haven't read I highly recommend it.
