After mafia romance era in November, I think in December I will be back to my contemporary romance era. Need something cute to read to end this 2024.
This book was good. Cheesy and drama at its best. I loved how strong Luce was. She was so strong even when her closed ones always hammered her insecurities. Glad she found Sebastian. Their first encounter was so cute and so impactful for Luce.
I liked Sebastian enough even though he was judgmental toward Luce at the beginning.

I could sense a friendship betrayal coming for the very sweet fmc. Looked it up and I was right. Also her husband was going to screw her over professionally over something very unserious. And I’m guessing she stays/gave him a chance to fix it? That’s a hell no for me. Doesn’t mean the book is bad, I just don’t like those tropes. Fmc doesn’t deserve it.
